Как известно, канадское правительство пытается практически полностью реформировать иммиграционную систему для того, чтобы с одной стороны ограничить въезд в страну нежелательных элементов, людей с не слишком чистой биографией и потенциально опасных для канадцев, а с другой – дать возможность хорошим и умелым специалистам приехать в страну их мечты и, по возможности, сразу загрузить их работой.
В настоящий момент разрабатывается система “экспресс-въезда”, которая, как пояснил министр иммиграции и гражданства Крис Александер, должна быть введена в действие с 1 января 2015 года.
Как утверждает министр, эта система является первоочередной задачей для его ведомства.
“Эспресс-въезд” будет возможен для иммигрантов, которые подали свои заявления по программе Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), а также по программе Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) и прогремме Canadian Experience Class (CEC), а кроме того тех, кто проходил по провинциальным программам привлечения профессионалов (Provincial Nominee Program).
Для того, чтобы как следует подготовиться к открытию новых программ, правительство с 1 мая текущего года приняло 25 тыс. новых заявлений – на 20 тыс. больше, чем год назад.
Список “нужных” профессий при этом удлинился практически вдвое.
Канада самым активным обреазом ищет новых работников по пятидесяти профессиям и занятиям. Эти люди должны отвечать самым последним требованиям на канадском рынке труда.
